Angler Mountain Ranch (formerly the Clark Ranch) boasts a total density of 242 units, it is surrounded by open space and public trails and boasts some of the best views in Summit County.&amp;nbsp; The units will be broken into different phases and property types, the first release has&amp;nbsp;already occured.&amp;nbsp; The Ranch is located in Silverthorne south of Hamilton Creek and east of the Ponds, you must cross the newly-built bridge on the Blue River to get there.&amp;nbsp; There will be a set of 13 duplex buildings, some of which will be adjacent to pond at the base of the development; current prices are in the $700s, with three floor plans, upscale finishes, 2200-2400 square feet and two-car garages.&amp;nbsp; The duplexes are just beginning construction, so closing probably won&amp;rsquo;t be until next Fall.&amp;nbsp;
