Second Homes are a great investment

There was a nice article in U.S. News and World Report on second home ownership, and Silverthorne received a favorable mention. You can see it here. Also, NBC News recently called our office (Mary and I were in France), and the Team met them for interviews on second home ownership in Summit County. In the end, the story was mostly about Vail, but that is our Catherine Smith planting our sign near the end.
