Keystone will host River Conservationists

500 folk coming to discuss water, rivers and conservation

Water is vitally important in Summit County.  And in Colorado.  And in the watersheds in every state through which our rivers flow.  And 500 interested people will attend a conference in Keystone just to talk about it.

Well, not just talk.  About 120 of them will float down the Arkansas River first.  Then, they will attend 70 workshops (didn't know there could be so many on just one subject, did you?), learn about water science and justice and attend a film festival and concert.  Oh, by the way, the concert is open to the public.  Called "Water Music", it will be at 8 p.m. on Sunday, May 22 at the Keystone Lodge Ballroom.  Come along and enjoy!
