Why are SnowHome Prices Going Up?

Home prices seem to be escalating everywhere, often defying economic indicators. Why

It seems to defy belief. Prices are increasing here in Summit County. Just can't get the same SnowHome for the money as you could even last year. And in so many other parts of the country, prices are soaring. This, in spite of economic times that are uncertain. Why is that? My good friend, Peter Miller, has a very good explanation for you.
