Well, you know, of course, that we do not want to talk too much about crime in the high country. Summit County is relatively crime free. That is, if you can overlook the occasional murder, the once-in-awhile stolen vehicle, and oh, robberies by drunks. Well, that's what happened to Sam Boksmati earlier this week. His Pizzeria and Deli was broken into in the middle of the night. But, guess what? They didn't take money laying out in plain site. They didn't take equipment. They took booze - hard liquor, some wine, couple of six packs and - oh, yeah - a couple of mugs to help with the quaffing. Along with the busted door, Sam estimates about $1600 in damages. And he offered to pay $1,000 for help in finding the culprits. Now, here's a guy who took this thing to heart. He just wants justice, and no one else hurt by the intruders. So, he's put out the word - "Get those suckers." And he means it. So, if I was you, boys, I'd bring back what you haven't drunk and apologize profusely to this man. 'Cause he'll find you. 'Nuff said. |
