| January 27, 2005 | | 2004 Lead 2003 in sales | | Summit County real estate sales have been uptrending since 2002, and 2004 was no exception. In 10 of the 12 months, sales were higher in 2004 than they were in 2003. In fact, from January through June, each month was higher than the last in volume. Interestingly, sales dropped in July and August, catching back up in September, a direct opposite of past year trends.
