Meet Valerie Swentkowski.  She runs Stillpoint in Frisco Colorado and she is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, a certified Homeopath and Nutritional therapist. Valerie has taken countless hours of training and has practiced for years in her art.  She knows so many aspects of healing that it was hard to get them all on one video, but take a look-

Valerie's practice is unique in that it is multi-faceted approach to wellness.  She frequents other healing centers and receives treatments both for herself and for the education that they provide her; the best therapists are the ones that can receive treatment as well as give treatment.  She is often travelling to learn more about her trade which keeps her level of education high and current.  In massage alone, she practices Asian Body-Work, facelift massage, sports massage and oncology.  She believes that every body deserves, through the touch of a therapist, to get out of pain, reach a state of body awareness, relaxation of the mind, and spiritual tranquility.  Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Post-Injury Therapy, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, Healing Touch, Foot Reflexology, Warm Stone & Aromatherapy Massage all are skills she has at her disposal to help a body in need.  Even then, Valerie felt that she could help her clients more, so she added Stillpoint Wellness- a way of addressing the holistic patterns in a person's life to find better ways of nourishing the body.  She has recently learned a revolutionary skin treatment called Age Loc that matches a person's inner beauty with their outer beauty.  This non-invasive treatment has seen impressive results in a short period of time.
