Are you tired of eating at restaraunts that offer the same types of food? Yea, I thought so. Well then your taste buds are in for a treat. Malbec, which just opened two weeks ago in Dillon, offers a unique menu that changes daily. You can satisfy your taste buds with anything from their Duck (with a little drizzle of 1979 Don Pedro Sherry Sauce) to their Spinach Cheese Stuffed Portobello. But before you jump into one of these potential dinner platters, you may want to start of with something smaller. In this case, you may be tempted to try the Tuna Caviar Stack or the Smoked Trout & Demi Lox to surprise your taste buds, or if you are looking for something lighter you can try the delicious steak salad or the original pear salad. Wash your food down with some chardonnay, pinot grigio, or any of the other exquisite wine selections. Below is today's menu (10/4/07).
Not only does Malbec offer amazing food/wine and great service, it also has a very classy interior and a patio outside to enjoy the spectacular views that Summit County has to offer.
