Land Title Releases Report on Summit County Real Estate

Report highlights real estate activity in the first half of 2007

Land Title’s report, prepared in part for SnowHome Properties, gives a snapshot of the Summit County real estate market featuring data on number of transactions, monetary volume of transactions, lender activity and more.   In the first half of 2007, there were 1425 real estate transactions in Summit County, Colorado.  Of the Residential Improved Units sold, 13% were properties priced under $300,000, 47% were in the $300,000-$700,000 range and 12% were $700,000-$900,000 properties.   The Breckenridge area accounted for 20% of sold properties, Keystone 16%, Silverthorne 10% and Frisco 8%.   SnowHome Properties will make the entire report available to its clients.
