The Summit Foundation gets new blood.

The best thing I heard Ken Zimmerman say about Summit County was this:  "This place is absolutely amazing.  I get the feeling that everybody's down to earth.  There are other ski communities where you really feel like you have to be a billionaire to move around in social circles."

He's right.  One of the best attributes that we point to when selling Summit County is that we are a down-to-earth lot.  We're not snobbish.  Sure, we've got our politicos and renegades.  But, people comment regularly on how friendly people are in Summit County.  We like it that way. 

And, that attitude is why Ken will make a terrific new fundraising director for the Summit Foundation, the largest charitable organization here.  Welcome, Ken.  The coffee's on.
