More Full Time SnowHomes in Summit County

Was a second home - now it's HOME!

Used to be that 2 out of 3 properties in Summit County were owned by non-residents. Some were pure investors, but most were second homes owned by people who claimed a primary home elsewhere. Well, the demographics are changing. More and more people, in love with our climate and the Summit County lifestyle, are moving full time to their "second" homes, selling the "home back home", and calling this home.

Is it a dilemna, or is it heaven? Leave the big city, the pollution, the humidity prevalent in so many areas. Come here to mild and dry climate, few insects, and an ourdoor lifestyle that invigorates. There are lots of worse decisions.
